WHY DID YOU ENTER THE AWARDS?

I absolutely love street food, so when I heard about the competition I knew that I had to enter. I wanted to push myself and I thought that the best way to do that was to compete against other great chefs. What better environment could you have to showcase the food that you are passionate about?
