People: We’re committed to the welfare of those making Artizian the company it is today, by providing a formidable range of in-house training, or the tools, and encouragement to do so. In fact, more often than not, we have to nurture a ‘step up’ to Artizian’s high service standards and/or match the service standards and our high street counterpart retailers.
Food: Given our MD’s vision to deliver good cooking using fresh natural food and warm hospitality – the reason why Alison founded Artizian in the first place – we strive to operate at the highest service levels and is why our chefs expected to engage in in-depth menu planning, with quarterly seasonal menu changes (at the very least), ensuring our customers are served the very best fresh seasonal produce.
Attention to detail: Also in line with Alison’s vision, at each Artizian catering contract (without exception), we operate to quality levels set as standard by ISO14001 and the Sustainable Restaurant Association to demonstrate our responsibilities to clients, customers, the community, environment and people.
